By Natalie L.February 16, 2021Verified HireSwitched architect without notice, dragged project out for monthResponse from DeJesus Industries, LLC February 17, 2021For the scope of the project that was sought to be built we normally ask customers for a 4-6 week turnaround time for the particular architectural product that was contracted for, which we delivered. After consecutive failure to receive payment after the initial deposit (in other words we continued to deliver the final product without receiving any payment) in addition to a failure to comply and with industry standard of how these projects are normally followed through on, we cancelled pursuing the construction to minimize the risk of potentially not getting paid on the larger construction contract.

I had my bedroom floors converted from rug to hardwood. They came out great! They also painted the bedrooms for me when I asked them to last minute! Everyone was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional! I’m so happy with the results.

Demonstrated and communicated a strong knowledge of recent code changes and the work to be done. Was very prompt in scheduling a meeting and follow up communications.

The first impression was fabulous. They made a lot of promises and referenced other similar scope projects that lead us to believe we would be in good hands. However, as the first phase of the project began, they switched the architect out without updating us and continued to provide the quote that we'd have the designs in "two weeks". Eventually, we called the architect directly ourselves and discovered that the architect was never on the job and after bringing this up with DeJesus, we were credited a mere 2% off the total cost. After four months of excuses and backpedaling on their words, a third architect eventually made rough designs using images from Google Earth and no real measurements. We were at this time sent a bill for the final designs. The architect however never claimed that this first draft was final and I in the end had to provide measurements over the phone to this new third architect who was out of state and never stepped foot in our house. Overall horrible, misleading company. I would never recommend them despite the wonderful first impression.
