I found the owner difficult to work with, indecisive about solving problems, uncommunicative about details (i.e. he purchased the exterior door for the addition without checking with us, the owners) and generally disappointing. By contrast, I have used 3 other contractors since this project and been pleasantly surprised by the experience each time.
