I rec’d a 4k quote for painting and gave a 50% deposit. I was told that the work would start in a couple days. Or six weeks later the work and start it so I told Billy that I was hiring another painter and I needed my deposit back. Initially he said OK but has since never returned my deposit and said that he’s not going to. His license has long expired and he’s working under the radar right now.
