In February of 2016, my husband hired Del Rio Roofing, of Paulden, AZ, to re-roof our house. They did a fine job with a 30-year warranty. We have the paperwork.
Late last fall (2021) high winds blew some shingles off our roof. On January 21st, 2022, I placed a call to this company, got the automated system telling me they were either on the phone or out of the office and how valuable their customers are; I left a message for a call back. On January 25th, I left another message. Same on January 26th. On February 2nd, I received a call from Frank Morrison, the (current/previous) owner, who asked me what the problem was. When I informed him of the missing shingles, he told me they were very busy and that he would get back to me the following week…he did not. Frank obviously then knew this is warranty work.
I contacted DRR on February 15th and 22nd, leaving messages. Also on March 4th and 16th. Again on April 4th and 11th; May 31st; and June 7th. No response. This review on Google is our first. We hope it will prompt a response and satisfactory action from this company.
