We hired him to do work in June of 2025. We found 5 broken tiles because they didn’t prep the subfloor crack. We contacted him to let him know he said he would come fix it several times. It was always “I’ll be there next week”. It’s currently October of 2025 and he still hasn’t showed up. And we just found a 6th broken tile due to the same crack.
