After our experience with Delane Construction, we highly recommend them for your home projects. “Tete” promptly returned our first call, then came by the next day. He is a friendly man and a good communicator via phone, text, and in person.
When city hall seemed to drag their heels with the permit, he went down in person to speed things along. He showed up when he said he would and proved himself to be a hard worker and meticulous with our project. A new porch was not complicated, but he made us feel it was as important to him as it was to us.
The finished project shows his pride in his work; it is so lovely that our neighbors stop by to admire it. Thank you, Tete; we are happy with our new porch and walkway.
