    As the President of my HOA, I was responsible for selecting a qualified roofer to replace roofs on 10 homes. I did a lot of research and selected Delaware Exteriors. They did not disappoint!! The roofs look amazing (Timberline UHD). The upgrade is worth it! Will and his team were on time every day. He communicated directly with owners to keep them informed. The team worked late into the night. They used flashlights to make sure they picked up every nail in the street. Trash was picked up and area left very clean. Will and his team made me look good! It can be a lot of pressure to keep every owner happy. The entire neighborhood was thrilled with Will and his work. Top notch - in every way.
