  We bought a house they flipped

  Should be zero stars. Beware. They may be home buyers but they are not builders. Purchased a home they flipped in July 2014. It has been nothing but headaches due to amazingly shoddy work and design. The house was a water/mold trap. Every single window in the house was installed incorrectly. They all leaked badly from day 1. They put siding directly over the old asbestos siding. The stucco they put up required complete remediation. They had little to no insulation in the house which was a nightmare to heat in the winter. They also poured concrete over a well head that also needed complete repair. It has been a small fortune fixing this guy’s rotten work. Run, don’t walk, away.

  I've seen many reviews of this company related to purchasing homes and they're all stellar... good for them. Unfortunately, if you're looking at purchasing a home from this group it will more than likely be a complete mess. The work they do themselves is horrific and there are some things you just can't "see" during an inspection and find out once you purchase and move into a home. In my case, skylights leak, windows leak, insulation on piping throughout the house is incomplete, basement now floods every time there is a heavy and according to the contractors who I've had out to look at the leaking windows and skylights the siding around the windows is installed incorrectly. If I could score this a 0 I would. My advice... run from these people. They're taking advantage of people on both sides of the transaction by preying on sellers who are in financial turmoil and doing shoddy remodeling jobs to make the home look more valuable than it is.
