I went with Delcore Construction on my bathroom remodel and I am thrilled with the outcome. Josh and his team did amazing job, finished on time and within my budget. My new bathroom is beautiful and more functional now. Thanks Josh, will highly recommend Delcore to all people I know!

Our backyard always felt dull and we thought it was too tiny to do anything exciting. When Josh came to talk about our quest bath, he asked if there way anything else we had thought about updating so we showed him our yard. We are so happy we did! We never dream it could be such a charming oasis like it is now. We have enjoyed it all Summer and Fall. Highly recommend using Delcore to update your outdoor spaces before the spring! They move fast too!

It is a pleasure to come home everyday now that we have remodeled and am no longer frustrated by outdated cabinets and tile!!! Bless you Delcore! It feels like a new home!!

Brick Pizza oven, projector screen and firepit... what else could we need for a perfect movie night in our private backyard. Even when quarantine is over, I don't know that going will be better than staying in. Thank you Delcore.

Delcore Construction and Development helped us reimagine our backyard and created a perfect oasis for us just in time for quarantine in the summer! We lucked out working with Josh at Delcore because he gave us fun and cool ideas for the yard that didn't cost too much mor e but added awesome features for the kids. We can't wait to start hosting again!!

We had remodeled our home when we bought it but left the windows because they looked OK. After a few years we realized the quality really didn't filter out any noise from outside. We ended up changing all of them to double-pane glass window and not only does our home feel more serene, but it looks so much better too! Delcore worked so efficiently and were so easy to work with. We will be using them again when we want to make future updates.

We were starting to feel like our house was so outdated but didn't know were to start. With a fresh coat of paint on the outside and throughout the house, a kitchen update and volia! It felt like a whole new place. Wasn't as major of a project s we anticipated.

When we found mold under our kitchen sink I panicked. Thankfully I found Delcore in the Home Improvement Guide magazine and they were able to come out the next day to asses the damage. They made sure to dry the area completely before closing anything up and were very thorough. They made sure to come at a time for our fist meeting when my wife home as well, so all decision makers were present when we discussed the situation and we were able to move forward quickly!

We updated our kitchen recently with Delcore Construction & Development and are so happy with how it turned out! First off, they sealed everything off to make sure the dust and dirt doesn't enter the entire house during demo and construction. Than, we had a great selection of flooring, cabinets, hardware etc. to choose from and personalized to really fit my taste. I love how functional my kitchen is now and look forward to hosting.

We converted our garage into a ADU and it's basically paying for itself with the financing we got. We rent it out as an income unit basicaly and it's such a relief to have that during this crazy time. We love it. Delcore helped create the plans, pull the permits, schedule the inspections and did everything up to code! The unit has it's own bathroom and kitchen and private entrance. You guys are awesome!!

When we bought our house when we first married the master bath was big and we knew it had potential. It was old and had one sink with room for a double sink vanity. Now thanks to the Delcore Construction & Development team, our remodeled bathroom looks better than we ever imagined. Their team helped us reimagine the layout so it is more functional and now it is so serene and luxurious. We will definitely be reaching out to them for future construction projects.!

Our roof has needed replacing for a while now. We always had leaks when it rains (even if it is rare in LA). We pushed it off because of the cost, but when we met with Delcore reps they told us they can help us with the financing process and all we need now is to make one affordable monthly payment for our brand-new roof. Thank you for presenting us with solutions and options we didn't know we have!

A much smoother kitchen remodel than I expected. The delcore team made everything so simple and were quick from start to finish. We love our new kitchen and now it really is the heart of our home. The overhang is a great feature suggested by Josh. I didn't think we'd use it at first, but the kids do their homework on the island and I can help them while I'm making dinner. It's a small detail that made a big difference in our family time!

Delcore were amazing with their attention to detail they made sure we felt comfortable during the construction phase and really put a smile on our face when the project was completed.

We found some mold in our shower and had Delcore fix the problem. We are very pleased with the outcome!

We had water damage all around our home because the bathroom plumbing pipe crack, it was a nightmare, I can't even describe everything got damaged, but when Delcore Construction came by they took care of quickly, fixed the leak, replaced the flooring and took care of the walls, excellent work!

We were looking for a contractor for a while but all the once we met, either didn't feel comfortable with doing the job or we didn't like their work. But when we met with Delcore and went over the job they were so thorough and professional that we decided to hire them.
We are so happy with the outcome of our job.

I'm amazed how beautiful our room addition turned out to be, Delcore had a 3D design made for us before we started and now comparing our room addition to the 3D design our room addition is the winner!

The foundation in our home started to sink / settle causing some major cracks all across our house... delcore construction visited our home and assessed the damages and came up with a game plan, they stopped the foundation from sinking even further in... then they fixed the cracks and leveled the floor, long story short we ended up remodeling our entire house... We are so happy with the outcome, finally we have a brand new home!

Finally the project is done!! It took a bit longer than expected but we are so glad we did it with Delcore, we had bad experiences in the past with contractors who did some major shortcuts on our home we almost lost trust but Delcore definitely made us change our mind. Our new kitchen is beautiful, thank you!!

We had Delcore Construction & Development remodel our kitchen and bathroom, the price wasn't low but their workmanship was superb, the project manager and workers were always on time and cleaned after themselves every day, we don't stop getting compliments from our friends and neighbors on our new kitchen, we are considering them now to build our second story master bedroom if price meets our budget.
