Six months ago, I hired Delfin Landscaping Services & Property Mgt. for some lawn maintenance and tree removal. We communicated back and forth to get idea of what I was looking for, prices for the specific services and even had a meeting to go over visually what I was seeking. I even signed contract and paid for my services through PayPal. At this moment in time, not all the work has been finished. The tree I wanted removed has been cut down, but the stump is still there with a black trash bag tied over it (a root killer was placed in the stump 6 months ago to start the process) but the stump and roots have not been removed, even though I had already paid for the work. I have tried various ways of communicating with Jose Carillo (through Thumbtack, phone calls/voice messages left, texting, emailing, etc) and I have not had a response from Jose in 2 months of trying to reach him for an update on our project. I guess I will have to find and go through the process of hiring another landscaping company to come finish the job and lose the money paid out to Mr. Carillo. I am greatly disappointed with the lack of communication and the job not being finished.
