My experience with Delgado's is about 20 years old. After the quoted contract was signed and work began we were told they needed additional material and labor due to the structure (flat roof). Time to pay the balance and, we were charged LESS than the original quote!! The foreman explained, "It just worked out to be less than I figured for materials." I'm writing this 20 years later because, even though my roof is still problem free with minor maintenance, I'm shopping for a roof because I want to replace it before the problems. I'll get my first quote from Delgado's and then check out others. I hope Delgado's is the same company it was 20 something years ago.
