In November 2016, I paid Antonio Deligio, CEO of Bari National Builders, $9,200 to start a construction project. Replacing all the siding of my house with plywood and stucco. He had $1,275.05 of supplies delivered to the job site and then took his wife on a cruise with the rest of my money. He didn't pay his sub contractor, so I had to pay him just to keep the work going. His sub contractor would leave the job for weeks before he returned to do more work. Then he became ill and was in the hospital for a while. Antonio would not give me another crew to finish the work. I had to hire another team to finish the work, AND I had to buy more supplies. I paid twice as much on this project than I should have. A three month job turned into a year long project and Antonio will not answer my calls.
Now I have to go to court and let a judge explain to Antonio how much of a thief he is. Who wants to be bothered with that?
I will be getting my $7K back!!
