we used Delsur construction for a project in our house. It was converting a garage to a bedroom with an ensuite.
I worked with John Tsang, and he was a very easy to work with, listened to what I wanted, offered suggestions and overall we were pleased with the project and I would use them again.

Our condo was remodeled by John Tsang prior to purchase in 2018. We had to have a number of fixed right after we moved it, leaking faucets (every single one of them that was installed), non-functioning toilets, doors that aren't closing properly, etc. We are still dealing with some of the issues 1.5 years later. When we contacted him, he was unhelpful and unreliable to fix anything. Do not use.
