    Replace HVAC Ductwork
    $4,000

    Hired this company to replace the duct work in my home. They completed the job satisfactorily, but took over two weeks to do so. They need to work on communicating with the customer on a timely and consistent basis. They experienced multiple and unforeseen offsite issues which led to delays on my job.

    We have had issues in the past month with a tremendous work load and computer glitches we have corrected all of them that we are aware of . In HVAC industry there are so many inbound calls and emails during the summertime we try to communicate with all customers in a timely manner. However we are not perfect. We strive to meet all of our customers request. We strive to be the top Premier company in our field. This customer has been great and understanding due to many many obstacles we faced correcting his entire duct system to adequately work with his system. We will also be compensating this customer with a reduced rate for any further service we complete for him such as preventive maintenance ETC. Delta Phoenix Services thanks all of its customers and appreciates their business.!
