    NEW CONSTRUCTION HOME
    $1,250,000

    NO, I would not recommend this builder. They built a home and my client paid $1,250,000 for, and the quality is less than some $400,000 homes I've sold. The builder is nearly impossible to get in touch with for problems that exist after living in the new home for only a few months. DO NOT BUY A HOME FROM THIS BUILDER. If you still want to gamble, don't buy the lot and put down $250,000 and wait 9 months til finish. Buy after already built, again, if you want to gamble, then get a thorough, thorough inspection. You'll run then, but my client couldn't do that. You've been warned!!!
