I had DeMarzo development do some repairs to my ceilings that were cracking. They had to replace the sheet rock, insulation, and even fixed some sagging beams. The job was well done and the price was reasonable. I would hire again.

I’ve purchased a home from this builder and found a Poor quality construction. I would not recommended this builder. He is not professional and will rip you off. Stay away. I’ll be lucky if I sell this property
