These guys are absolute crooks! They were assigned to us by AHS home warranty. They didn't repair anything and told AHS that we needed a complete replacement and then invoiced us $9000 for "modifications" which they know won't be covered by AHS. Basically we were left high n dry and now AHS won't cover the repairs because these guys were greedy. Further, for $9000 system, they would install a "reconditioned" system, not a new one and with only a 30 day warranty for the work and system.
Eventually we found another contractor who gave a brand new system for $7800 with a 10 year warranty. Avoid Dempsey at ALL COSTS if possible.
