Drain not installed to code. The pipes were not even connected adequately. I had to have it redone. The pipe was cemented in which caused more problems. My new tub was damaged on install and he refused to replace it. It cost me approx. $3000. The old pieces of cement which were broken out were disposed of by hiding the pieces in my flower beds, behind my air conditioner, behind my shed, next to my garage, and under my extended gutter. Dempsey constantly argued and belittled me because I wanted my damaged tub replaced. It was the most unprofessional service I have ever experienced.
