Denali builders CA has been great to work with, they put in widows several years ago and we are bringing them back to refinish our basement this winter. We are very satisfied with their work and are looking forward to the new basement.

Denali recently did a remodel of our kitchen. I am in love with our new open concept kitchen and living room. They were able to design a plan for us that included building a beautiful island to match our existing cabinets. Sam and his team were easy to work with. Sam was able to address all of our questions - and was able to accommodate the additions we added to our project

We highly recommend Denali Builders CA which is a family owned business. Sam is the Licensed Contractor. Elle is the Business Director. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable, detailed oriented, service oriented, and timely. Our project entailed the replacement of roofs on two separate structures. Elle scheduled the walk-through to accommodate our schedule. Sam arrived, provided a quote, discussed options for materials, explained the contractual obligations, established a project schedule, and reviewed the process for obtaining a permit. The project was completed to our satisfaction. The quality of the work performed by Denali Builders CA had our neighbors asking for their number.

Can't say enough about their workmanship, attention to detail, and overall expertise. Their quality and service are unmatched in today's world. Quick to fix issues that arise and are straight forward as far as what will and wont work for your project. I can't think of anyone else I rather work with.

We have used Denali for 2 projects in our home. We couldn’t be happier with the quality and the service they provide. As with any remodel we had unexpected issues- they handled all extremely well and even finished early. Sam was our project manager- the best I have ever worked with. We hired Denali Builders CA to remodel our kitchen after damage from a water leak from bathroom upstairs. I was so impressed from the first meeting to the end. In fact we didn’t just do the kitchen, but added 2 bathrooms, a deck, dining room, new laundry room and mud room. Sean, our project manager was on top of things from the start to the finish. He made everything run SO smoothly and above all respected our house and our privacy as we stayed in the basement during the remodel. All of the “workers” were so professional and friendly. The design specialist, was by far a life saver. he has an eye for what looks great and on top of that is SO easy to work with and personally connect with. We honestly felt like the Denali Crew were part of our family and were sad to see them go! I highly recommend them for any project and in fact two of my close friends also used them after our amazing experience with them!! We Love Denali!! I hired Denali in the summer of 2020 to repair/replace the flat roof on my 90 year old house. I dealt with Sam, who was professional and honest in our dealings. He was also calm and helpful when issues arose. My house is in a Historical Preservation area, which requires a special permit. Denali handled getting both the normal permit and special permit without any problem. The guys working on the crew were polite, professional, careful in a pandemic, and cleaned up each day and at the end of the project. After our first big rain - no leaks. I would use Denali Builders again for other projects.

I found Denali builders on a neighborhood message board with very positive reviews. Sam just finished completed remodeling our master bathroom. The bathroom looks like new. I'm very happy with the work. Sam was great. He answered my questions and took time to go through the work with me. I happily add a positive review here for the company.

We had a wonderful experience with Denali Builders. When I first approached them regarding a new roof, I heard from Sam the owner the next morning. He was flexible and accommodating in making an appointment for the next week. When he came to our house, he went up on the roof himself and made his recommendations. Sam explained everything to us and told us he could begin work the very next week. When the work began, Sam was there and he called me every day at least once a day. His workers were extremely professional and hard-working. I never saw them slack. Their work was beautiful. When I had questions, Sam responded immediately and did everything he could to make us happy. We absolutely fell in love with this whole company and look forward to working with them again. I highly recommend them. (If I knew how to attach pictures, I would. We have had compliments from our neighbors and we couldn't be happier.)

Very impressed with their whole process. We had a room, an entryway and hallway remodeled. They replaced the floors, sub-floors , drywall and replace 6 new doors. Job was great and on time like clock work. They worked with us throughout the job. When the need arises again, we will be using Denali for sure.

Sam is great to work with and the company did a great job on replacing my window trim.

I hired this company few month ago to renovate our master bathroom suite. They did a fantastic job and we'd definitely hire them again. We now have a resort style bathroom, huge curb-less shower with a built in bench where we can relax every day. Love it.

Sam and his "team" provided excellent service. Sam's experience and knowledge were invaluable. Very polite and courteous. Always on time to start and finish work. His workmen were always singing as they worked! At the end of the project I offered them some cold beers, only to be told by foreman that they did not drink, smoke or take drugs! I got them some Cokes instead! A happy work crew says a lot about a company! In the past on other projects, I have encountered contractors who were not quite up to the Denali Standard! Any and all concerns during the roofing project were addressed in an expeditious manner and to full satisfaction. Sincere thanks to Sam and his crew at Denali Builders!!

I want to share my experience with Sam from Denali builders, he came on time which sounds funny but all 5 companies I contacted for that project were late or never showed up, he took his time and explained me detail after detail since I have no clue about roofing, my roof had a water damage and needed to be replaced, after talking to Sam I knew he’s my guy I felt trust and confident we Denali builders plus the quote they gave me was pretty fair, After they done the work everything was clean like they were never been here before.

Sam was very responsive to our inquires and concerns both before and during the job. He and his crew maintained a high level of professionalism and quality craftsmanship. Throughout the project Sam sent aerial views of our roof and their progress. He started and completed the job on time and to our satisfaction. After meeting with several roofing companies, we chose Denali Builders CA. Sam was the deciding factor, he was really down to earth and listened to our project needs and was genuinely committed to working with us. Sam was great throughout, patient with questions and requests for change.

Sam and his team a real craftsman and highly customer focused. I can't say enough about his level of commitment to getting the job done right. We had some structure sag in our garage affecting the roof install, and working with Sam to get it straightened out (literally) turned a bad situation into an almost painless one. His guidance and efforts were indispensable. As a design engineer and a bit of a perfectionist, I think I'm a pretty good judge of skilled workmanship... Sam's skill, craftsmanship and customer service impressed me a lot!

We hired Denali Builders to complete a partial bath/kitchen remodel, which included tile floors, some drywall patching, along with some minor electrical and plumbing work.

Everything was completed as agreed upon and looked good in the end although a few of the trades had to come back for some corrective work. This did extend the schedule out further than expected but the product was worth it. Sam from Denali Builders did come out to personally check on the work often and easily made sure we were satisfied with the final product.

I am giving 3 stars based on various areas of the dry wall being left uneven and needing additional sanding before paint. Also the floor that was flawlessly installed first was left uncovered for the duration of the drywall/electrical work. By the time the project was finished, the dark charcoal grout was coated in drywall dust badly enough that no scrubbing could remove it. We had to color all the grout in the aftermath.

Overall, I’d definitely consider Denali Builders in the future for a variety of projects as they provide a cost effective solution to any home construction project. I would recommend them to others as well based on customer service and speed of work.

I hired Denali Builders CA to replace my roof. I dealt with Sam about pricing and he was very fair. He arranged for the pre-inspection and when the day came to start the job, his team arrived very much on time and got to work with efficiency and speed. When the work was finished, I was so surprised at how quickly it was done. The team cleaned up thoroughly and it felt as if the company had never even been there. The final inspection was arranged and the project was done. Sam showed me videos of the roof, and it is gorgeous! I had neighbors contact me to say how impressive it looked. Sam was a pleasure to work with. Not for a second would I hesitate to recommend this company. Roofing is only one of the things they do. They are very versatile. I'm thinking of doing my next home project with them in the near future.
