We got a 203k loan thinking it would provide oversight of the renovations. We hired a retired police officer from our town thinking we could trust him, what we got was inconsistent work schedule, revolving door of workwrs consisting of his neighbors, friends girlfriend's kid, unskilled family members and friends that allowed him to use their license on work permits for work he did illegally amd very badly. Don't hire this guy because everything out of his mouth is crap. Check out ocean county land records, he has liens from the solar company to the IRS, not including the lawsuit from a realty management company. Stay away or you'll end up in court like us because this creep put a lien in our home than hit us with a civil lawsuit before we could finish the work and get our certificate of approval for the bank.
