I would not recommend Dennis Brand for any type of work. He was almost twice as high as his bid was, but because he didn't provide a written estimate I paid the bill. Lesson learned. He also denied breaking electrical wires when he replaced a water hydrant. The well company contracted him to do the work. I was unaware they selected him to do the work or I would have had them find someone else. The well company paid to have the wires replaced. I recommend staying away from Dennis Brand.
