We had a very unpleasant experience while attempting to design an addition back in 2019. Dennis ended up never picking up our phone calls after he cashed our second check. When we brought his drawings to an architect, they informed us that these measurements weren’t realistic and couldn’t pass an inspection. Furthermore, there was very unprofessional interactions with his wife during our several attempts at contacting him including name calling.
I would highly not recommend Dennis for any of your design or building needs. -

I contacted Dennis after experiencing difficulties with obtaining a permit from the town for a deck project. Dennis came down, reviewed the scope of the project, took some measurements, and took some pictures. Just days later, I had multiple pages of drawings and specs which I turned over to the local inspector. I a few hours, I received an E-mail from the town stating that my permit was granted and I could start construction.
Dennis proved to be very adept in his field of expertise and very professional in his work ethic. I would definitely call on him again if needed and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
