We had a terrible experience working with Dennis Williams. Once you buy one of his property he will ignore all your emails and phone calls. Good luck trying to get him to fix anything for you as part of his 1 yr builder's warranty. We bought a house from him and things that were discussed prior to settlement in the sales agreement he still hasn't followed through in doing. We even threatened legal action and he still won't resolve it. I'm sure he cuts corners and one of his workers was in process of getting deported back to Guatemala. Save yourself the headache and aggravation and stay clear of this guy!
