Denny built our lake house in Dexter, Michigan beginning June 2012 and completing it in December 2012. He is an awesome builder, and I can't imagine building a house with any other person, unlucky for Michigan that he has taken his talents to Fort Collins, Colorado.
Our home building project began with Denny even before we purchased the lake frontage with existing (100-year old?) cottage. Denny coordinated from start to finish: making sure the house we wanted would pass zoning, demo of the existing cottage, install new well, footings, crawl space and completion of our beautiful new home.
Denny was there everyday including Saturday and Sunday working alongside his crew. Friends and family were impressed at the quality and speed our home was built. Two-and-a-half years later we have nothing to complain about, the construction is solid.
I seriously would think twice before building another house with any other builder. Yes, he is THAT good!
