  Put a new roof over my top deck without cutting into my metal roof. Not quite sure exactly how long

  Needed a roof over my upper deck. Was told specifically not to cut in my metal roof. When I looked how it was progressing, he cut into my metal roof & told me he had to for the permit. Talked with Aaron at Spring Township for permit & he never asked to put support above patio doors, instead of cutting metal roof. Aaron had no problem approving it, not cutting metal roof. Outright lied to me!!!
  Few years later, of course it leaked(no reputable builder would cut into a metal roof) Jesse told me he used a sealant which was bad(cracked) & did not let me know until it leaked. He did fix the roof, but ended up telling me to sue him for the damage it caused(mold & mildew down my wall below) He won't answer a text to repair...might just have to sue him...
  DO NOT USE HIM!! HE LIES & DOESN'T OWN UP TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY HIS WORK!!!

  After TOO MANY phone calls …..Incomplete and forgot about my job. This is exactly was told… “I forgot” …..This is the exact response I get while his company is a few houses over. I still HAD a window leak , repaired NOT BY UNGER AND SONS…and WOOD DAMAGES from his first REPLACEMENT!!! I had to have someone else REPAIR. SHARP EDGES on my new window Lots of things too numerous to list for a short read, padding not used, didn’t tack carpet at all, no tin flashing, caulking… etc !!! Thank you!!! ?? The over $2300 spent. I then had to pay ANOTHER STONEMAN an additional $800 more than what the estimate was. overpaid , wasted.

  I have asked for several estimates requested previously to this mess and never completed….much less ever brought up again. When he has, if ever SHOWED For a follow up,…….I needed to remind of what we were planning. The actual finished “prep to paint” is not even close. I hired a company to do the job %100. This was definitely NOT accomplished. This company is no longer allowed on my property. Want proof of what has been done? I have pictures to support my claims.
