Where to start? I cannot say enough good things about Joe and his crew, especially Cecil and John. My husband and I had tried to redo our bathroom starting in Aug. of 2020. We wound up getting ripped off by a contractor who not only had taken 10 months to not finish, but did a horrific job that was not only not professional, but not sound (he didn't even waterproof the shower!) and it left us devastated. In need of a complete redo, I did some research and found glowing reviews for DePiano, and from first contact through the end of the project, we were more than thrilled with everything he and his crew did.

Joe was quickest to reply to a request for a quote where other contractors either were slow to respond or just blew us off altogether. Next, the amount of work that was done for the price was incredible - based on Joe's suggestions, our bathroom was made more functional in its layout - from demoing things to increase the size of the shower, to moving a doorway and even a radiator to make things work (and look) better.

Cecil did an amazing job quickly demoing and cleaning things up and John was meticulous in his work -from framing, to tiling, to finishes - and gave honest input into design and layout that were incredibly helpful (and great suggestions)! Everyone we dealt with was incredibly reliable - always showing up when they said they would and completing what I feel was a much bigger project than what was initially envisioned quickly - start to finish was only 5-6 weeks! When we had questions along the way, Joe was always super quick to respond - we never waited more than an hour (and honestly, I don't think we ever waited even that long) for him to give us a call after we reached out.

To say our expectations were exceeded is truly an understatement. Our new bathroom has gone from a literal hole in the wall to what our friends have described as a "model home showcase" and we could not be happier. We will absolutely be calling upon Joe and his crew again in the future for any remodeling or general contracting work and I wholeheartedly recommend DePiano for all of your contracting needs. If I could give 10 stars, I would!
