Derek and his team have been building a two car garage with loft for me, they are currently 3/4 of the way complete. The building has been constructed as planned, the team has done excellent work. I have truly watched his guys measuring twice cutting once. The amount of attention to detail in the build has been amazing, even in areas you will never see again because it will be covered with sheet rock or siding. The team is extremely courteous of my family and neighbors. They do an excellent job cleaning up every single day, never a nail or piece of trash left to make the job site unsafe or unsightly. I could make negative comments on his timeliness of completion but the reality is I know COVID had a huge impact on construction materials so I don't know how much is due to material availability vs anything else. With COVID I would recommend accepting that any project you start is not going to finish on time. This is my first time using Derek but it will not be my last time.
