    Derek Sawyer's Heating & AC did a great job at a great price cleaning the vents and ducts. The technician showed up on time, was polite and professional, examined the ducts and vents, and for a reasonable price cleaned out my vents and ducts. I will definitely use Derek Sawyer's Heating & AC for all of my heating and A/C needs.

    Our house did not have HVAC when we moved in, so we recently decided to install the HVAC system. We called couple places and really liked Derek Sawyer's Heating & AC. They were professional. We had a lot of questions regarding to the HVAC installation, and I was glad they were very helpful to address our concerns. The overall experience was great, and I would highly recommend Derek Sawyer's Heating & AC to my friends!

    I HAD RECEIVED SEVERAL BIDS FOR MY CORPRATE AND RESIDENTAL LOCATIONS TO GET MY YEARLY TUNE UP. I COULD NOT BELEIVE HOW QUICK AND PROFESSIONAL MY EXPERIENCE WAS!!!.     This is not so much a review about the company but rather one of Derek Sawyer's Techs named John. I have found him to be very professional, he really know what he is doing. Explains everything in detail. He works fast and I have never needed him to redo any of his work. I can give Derek Sawyer 4 stars but as long as John is one of their techs he gets 5 stars and will be the only one working on my heating and air in my house in Discovery Bay, Ca

    These are the guys to call, they will do what is right and take care of you. I had a broken gas line under my house and I was being told that there was no room to get to it and my foundation would have to be opened up to reach it. I called these guys for a second opinion and they managed to get in that super tight space and fix the piping without touching my foundation. It would have been more money for them to do it the other way like the other people said but they got in there and took care of us and now they are the only company we will call for service.

    I called this company this summer and Jonathan did a great job! He went through my whole system and found out why it was not cooling right. He also figured out where my filter was at. He explained everything to me and got my house cool again. I recommend this company to all my friends when they need service and they always do a good job for them too

    These guys are great! My heater broke and they fixed it the same day! When they were here they also fixed a few other problems for me for free under a PG&E program. Jonathan was very helpful and we recommend this company highly!

    I called when my heater stopped working. The office was very nice and sent a man out that day. He arrived on time and was very nice. He fixed my heater and changed my filter. Very happy

    I just had service done at my house and I felt very comfortable and confident with them as soon as i got off the phone with the girl in the office. They came and fixed my unit and had it up and running in less then 2 hrs! I will be using them from now on! Great techs and great customer service!
