    Our experiences. We’ve worked with Nick and his team on a number of projects. The building of a fence, the creation of a new brick fireplace and mantle along with a wood burning insert install . Also a number of smaller touch up projects as part of a series of tedious smaller tasks where the had to be on top of project management. Nick and his team were nothing short of excellent. Attention to detail, great professionalism in communication, follow through and impeccable quality. Nick showed up on the job daily. These guys are great.

    Kitchen Reno and new windows

    Nick and his guys did a great kitchen remodel and new windows for us. Windows were installed in a day!! His guys are hard working, conscientious, timely and neat! Nick stopped by frequently to be sure all was going well. We love our new kitchen from DeRisio Construction :-) Thank you!!

    Full home renovation

    Did a full house renovation with Nick a few years back that we are very happy with. We disagree with the characterization made by the homeowners above “Rgc”. Thinking of doing another project with Nick, so we reached out to him about their review. He explained that yes, there were delays in their project, the majority of the causes were out of Nick’s control. Not only was there a need for a municipal variance which delayed the start of the project longer than originally anticipated, the homeowners chose to use their own HVAC contractor (who had their own schedule) and they made post-contract changes along the way, further extending the completion date. While Nick had nothing but good intentions to complete their job, when it appeared that the homeowners would not timely comply with their contractual obligations, he stopped work on the project.

    We will definitely hire Derisio Construction again!

    Our experience with Nick was extremely negative; he is insensitive to deadlines, thoughtless in his followup,, and inconsistent in his documentation. We fired him.
    Wish we had never met him.
    There are no circumstances under which we would recommend him.
