Derrick Construction has been an absolute headache to deal with. From shoddy workmanship across multiple trades to sending suspected drug users to our home to do repairs after we've moved in; our list of complaints is endless. They're customer service level is sub-par and their attention to detail during the build process is borderline at best. Far too many of our issues and concerns could have and should have been caught prior to closing but the "Project Manager" couldn't be bothered to come onsite once in a while and check things out. We now have an issue with city setbacks and Derrick's failure to make sure we were within our bounds for our future deck. We now have a door 2 feet off the ground that cannot be used for deck access and they refuse to work with us to correct their mistake.
