I had a hot water heater flood my home for the first time. The floor was completely ruined and I needed to scramble to find someone to put in a new floor. Derwin seemed like such a nice guy - he came right away, was pleasant, and seemed to know what he was talking about. But after the floor was in, it started to bubble... and I mean these were HUGE bubbles. The floor even came completely apart in one spot. Derwin said he could come by and have a look at a specific date/time. I took the time off from work to be there when he wanted to come, but he never arrived. I even offered to pay him to come and fix his own work - but it’s been months and despite dozens of phone calls, text messages, and emails, Derwin has completely gone silent. He won’t even write an email back.
In the meantime, I’ve paid someone else a thousand dollars to come and fix the disaster Cain Construction left. The flooring expert who I paid to fix Derwin’s work was not surprised that the floor had bubbled given the method that Cain Construction used to lay it in the first place.
So in short, you would have to be completely out of your mind to hire Cain Construction to do any project of any type - the quality of the work I had done was exceedingly poor and the service was literally nonexistent.

I hope that my experience illustrates how none of the statements above is true. Hopefully this will save others from the same headaches and expense Cain Construction caused me.
