Jim Dery is a friend of mine and has a very good work at my home for years I really appreciate him and the work is done for me thank you so much Jim for helping me and give me a good price on everything thank you again

God awful. Installed system at my home, prior to my purchase. AC had already quit by the last few warm days of fall, and now my furnace has gone to poop as well. Last communication with Jim was him telling me he was heading to another job (after skipping me because he didn’t communicate a time) and he’d be by when he was finished there. Of course, as I knew, that didn’t happen and was the last time I heard from him. Mickey Mouse…stay away.

This company was very competent and did everything I needed them to do to complete the workmanship and make my heating and air-conditioning system work to the best performance thank you. Chad

Jim Dery and DeryAire Service Co. are a complete rip-off with incompetent employees. We are in the process of taking them to small claims court. Not only are they bad but they are complete crooks. They asked for a deposit to redo a bathroom, then did about 1 hour of work. When the tile company came in to lay the floor, they stated that the prep work was totally incomplete and they refused to lay the tile. Dery-Aire then refused to refund part of the deposit so we could just move on to another company. Mind you Jim Dery was a family friend of my wifes and he still would not work with us. This man is a crook and I do not wish him on my worst enemy.

Yes Dery-Aire Service Co is a very good contractor. They installed my furnace for a good price; This is a very good company

complete rip off and incompentent workmanship. Replaced parts I did not need and my A/C unit did not even work when he was done.
