Hired California licensed contractor Glen Seib and His Son Randy to do a complete top to bottom re-model of a condo.
This included but was not limited to floors, granit countertops, smooth flat finish walls, door, lights, electrical, plumbing, showers, sofits, bathtub, paint..etc..et..
Paid $75,000 on the contract only to find that he did not pull required permits, work was sub-standard, shoddy, dangerous and unsafe. I had an independent California Home Inspector do a lengthy inspection and his 35 page report said the work required a permit, was not up to code, was dangerous and unsafe. It all had to be repaired or replaced. Nothing was salvagable.
Glen Seib never responded to the report or the demand for repayment.
We would never hire or reccomend this company or these people to anyone for any type of work ever. They are simply sub-standard as to your personal safety and quality of workmanship.
