We signed a pool contract July 8, 2022. We were promised a 3-4 week dig date.
August 24, 2022 they dug our pool. Pete Martinez said in September we were having our pre shotcrete inspection. He wanted the $ 22,487 shotcrete. payment. I checked and they had not even begun to file for a permit. Here it is in March 2023 they have received $82,254 and we have only a partial pool. No equipment, no interior and tile that according to ROC has to be replaced. I would never recommend Desert Iris Pools or Pete Martinez for any work.
