inspected a water heater in a home that we were purchasing. states it was in good working condition. we later had a home inspection and the hot water heater was found to be rusty and corroded and deemed to go at any time.

He came to refinish bathroom cabinets that when they were prepping the house for me to move in used paint removal on veneer causing the veneer to peel. The guy who came out today never sanded down where he peeled the veneer off and the veneer he painted over. He only put 1 coat on the cabinets. They were originally oak tone but after this crappy work, they are off white/beige and you can see where the veneer was peeled off and what wasn't. Kindergarten kids with crayons could have done a better job. Would I ever have them come back. NOT IN MY LIFETIME and if they show up with the same yo-yo to fix what they ruined, I'll use all my police training and physically throw him off the property. In addition he couldn't speak English. A friend came over to calm me down and when the friend saw the shoddy workmanship, she got mad. It looks like hell.
