As far as the pool building process things are fine there...we are not even done with our pool yet and I felt the need to write not only a review here but on every platform I can. For a company who gets a lot of work based off client referrals you think they would treat their clients better. The straw that broke the camels back was this past Friday and I wish we could have cancelled right then and there because I hate the idea of giving these people 40k

I went with this company because of their pride in communication. As soon as a problem arose there was No communication. Till this day I still have problems. The gratto is crumbling and cracking. The deck is cracking. I found out by talking with professional concrete pourers that they should had used rebarb in the foundation which they didn’t. The gratto is crumbling and the slide has been fixed but a few weeks later it’s cracked again. I’ve got pictures of my baby grand daughters little butt and legs where she’s all scraped up from it. Now this has been going on now since 2019. I was told that since it’s an ongoing problem that the warranty is still in effect until the problem is solved. I’ve got a beautiful pool and can’t enjoy it. If you go with this company, get a lawyer. I’m forced to..

The word needs to get out about these guys.. The poor professionalism and customer service mentioned by other reviews is echoed here to a tee. All facts below....
PROS-Pool finished within 4 months. Done June 2022..
CONS-They hire people who seem to take shortcuts and do not finish the work. Electrical installed wrong on HydraPure system. Stone deck not 100% finished/sanded/grouted and when brought to their attention at final walk through they neglected to finish and advised us "it was easy finish it ourselves". Personal item stolen from backyard by stone crew and no accountability or follow up when questioned.
It would seem logical to not subcontract businesses who perform below your advertised standards and in turn misrepresent the quality of product you and your "family owned" business claim to deliver.
They do not communicate via phone, only email... When looking for confidence in a company you are spending this kind of money with.. Sorry, but avoid and look elsewhere.
