Desert Sun Homes is located in Lake Havasu City Arizona and has constructed homes up and down the Colorado River from Parker to Bullhead City including Kingman and the surrounding areas. Established in 2009 owners, Dave Hughes and Ken Hope have more than 40 years of combined experience in home construction, renovation, and rehabilitation. And, have been in the area for over 20 years each and both enjoy desirable reputations in the Community. There is a combined history of building more than 2,000 homes in the area, compiling an extensive list of business partnerships with service providers we trust. Together the focus is on customer service, efficiency, and a quality project, we’re ready to put our expertise to work for you. This has been a nightmare they took our $9000 plus $554 for custom fans then 41 days before the close of escrow they sold our house to someone else for $20,000 more than they sold it to us for We had our own agent yet the told us not our agent about the cancellation. THEY REFUSED to return our deposit.
