Terrible do not use! Had a water heater go out last year and when it was being drained instead of going out of the garage it backed up into the living room. Desert Valley was sun contracted by restoration company. First they wanted to pick the color of the laminate flooring but I intervened and insisted on the color we wanted. Flooring installed. They also took screens off windows and left them wide open in February. Couldn’t figure why I was freezing in the house. We have wide wooden blinds it wasn’t until days later I saw them moving and when I checked my hand went all the way outside. Then last summer know rain this year extreme humidity and rain. I tripped walking across the floor. That was the first I noticed the laminate floor coming up. Every day it’s come up more and more spreading the length and width of the floor. Twice more I tripped from the floor raising so high. I have paint cans holding down the floor and to keep me from falling. Desert Valley says not there problem they only give a year’s warranty on product not there shitty install. Every company I call says it wasn’t sealed correctly. Manager never calls back. I wouldn’t give this place even one star.
