Design, Build, Remodeling- Dynasty Innovations

Soooo.....I am a new kid to this whole "home-owning" business....basically had no idea what I was getting myself into....I bought an old home and lots of things needed to be replaced. So I was getting bids on our kitchen, bathroom, new windows, garage doors, etc. Well after a couple of weeks of collecting prices and tidbits of knowledge, I realized i didn't want to just be schizo-fixing and that I needed a person who can help reinvent my home into something I would love and be proud of.

After weeks of being discouraged of many bids, confusion, and no vision I ran across Dynasty Innovations on Google. Saw pictures of past projects and fell in love with the amazing contemporary designs, so I called immediately. I met Marcello the Lead Project Manager, a super laid back guy. He suggested a Hardie siding for the pop out for my home and told me he could take care of the overall look of my house. this would include, painting front and back, new windows, window trims, cedar siding, garage door, new roof,new sidewalks and our basement inside.

After a few brainstorming sessions, he set everything in motion, setting us up with the best window crew, painting crew, and garage door guys (Hamid & Ed).
Mike & Rob worked for days on the siding. Within a few weeks, I came home to the sickest looking house I could ever imagine. The house went from old and outdated to handsome and contemporary. I freaking love it. Our basement turned out fab too.

I am so happy with their work I am bugging them again to help me with the hard scaping of my backyard. maybe a deck in near future??? ooh LALA . And of course our old kitchen.

Regardless of how laid back or relaxed they may seem, they heard every detail I wanted to take care of and dealt with it. I never had to ask twice...these guys appear so calm because they totally know what they are doing. I felt I was completely in good hands.

The results truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them.

He suggested a Hardie siding for the pop out for my home and told me he could take care of the overall exterior and interior of my house. this would include, a new kitchen, bathroom, painting inside and the outside front and back, new windows, window trims, Hardie siding, garage door, (also a walnut slab book shelf indoors).

After a few brainstorming sessions with Edward their in house designer, he set everything in motion, setting us up with the best crews (shout out to Ronnie & Hector). (BTW the garage guys that John works with were the guys I was going to go with before ever meeting John...they are A Plus Garage Door Company)

Dan & Rob worked for days on the siding, Randy androbert in the kitchen, lus and his crew in the bath. Within a few weeks, I came home to the sickest looking house I could ever imagine. We desperately needed to upgrade my bathroom to accommodate our homes current style and to update a seriously tired kitchen. I got several quotes, a few non-quotes ("sure no problem, we can do that"), and then Dynasty Innovations quote which was both detailed and fair.

Just about everyone I mentioned 'remodel' to, shuttered in anticipated time and cost overruns. "Count on double both time and costs", "Your house will be unlivable!", "I hope your prepared for this nightmare!". Holy smokes! I was shivering in anticipation of the horrors awaiting me.

Once contracted, Dynasty Innovations scheduled me in with Edward their in house designer. Edward was absolutely amazing throughout the design process providing many great options and materials. Edward helps me select tiles, flooring, vanity...and works with me on all ancillary items like faucets and shower systems.

Day one: bathroom is totally annihilated. My Garage is covered in broken toilets and pipes, old tiles, faucets, etc. When I return that evening, everything is GONE. It's like I never had a bathroom!

Construction continues at a steady, measured pace. If I have a question, I text Marcello, and I swear the second I hit send he's back at me. He has super power communication skills. (Dude, do you sleep?)

Then comes the crew. In addition to always having a consistent crew, the main worker is an amazing craftsman. He is kind, timely, and the most detailed craftsman I've had the pleasure of watching work. And he cleans up every night (he VACUUMS for heavens sake). This man is out of another time. An absolute artisan.

EVERY single concern I had was addressed immediately. And in some cases, Marcello would come in and state, "unacceptable!" (I thought things looked fine?), and fix some detail I didn't even see.
Needless to say, bathroom gorgeous, on time, on budget.

So on to the kitchen. Same deal: Edward was amazing at selecting the materials and finalizing the design. Then instant annihilation, instant clean up. Other than the inconvenience of living out of a microwave and doing dishes in the bathroom sink, it has been flawless! All concerns immediately addressed and workmanship is beautiful.

Suffice it to say, I faced nothing terrible whatsoever. I cannot recommend Dynasty Innovations highly enough. They are honest, polite, conscientious, excellent communicators and just really nice people.

We had the privilege of working with Marcello on two bathroom remodeling projects. In both, the bathrooms were gutted and then done from scratch. For simplicity, I'll focus the review on the master bath - a larger project.

From the initial design stages, Marcello was flexible and accommodating in meeting with us at our house for evening or weekend appointments. It was great not to have to take off work to schedule these appointments within the confines of a standard 9-5 day that most businesses are open. Marcello brought samples & catalogs for us to begin the process of choosing each item; based on his experience in the industry, he was able to help guide us toward good quality, solid brands (for materials) that were still within our price range. Arnie was respectful of our budget, and we feel that we got a great value in the end for what we spent. On several occasions, Marcello met us at a showroom so that we could work together to choose items. We were not left floundering to come up with everything by ourselves.

During the demolition phase, our house remained very clean. Dynastys crew took care to mask off the rest of the house. Throughout the project, we didn't have to do any cleanup ourselves (which is not something to be taken for granted, because that's not necessarily typical of all painters/contractors/handymen/etc.)

Marcello was very professional and responsive to email and phone calls. If we have another remodeling project in the future, we will not hesitate to contact them again.

Sorry for the mile long review but I was relied on the reviews on here to find a good contractor and now I want to payback by sharing my experience with Marcello, David and Dynasty Innovations. David is one of the three contractors that we called for a quote. His professionalism impressed us from the initial meeting. His quote came back not the cheapest but we think it was reasonable and it was breakdown thoroughly and very details which convinced us he knew his work very well.

Our project included repainting the whole house, installing recessed lighting, tiling the kitchen & laundry room's floor, gutted and renovated master bathroom, converted a covered attached patio to office (installing new windows, new door, painting, etc..), replacing front door. We ran into several issues during the project with plumbing and wiring and AC when we opened up the walls etc... but David was always quick and efficient on suggesting solutions and what best to do to solve these issues.

We off course had a Pinterest plan in our heads and some drawings of what we wanted but Edward their in house designer was a please to work with and helped us hone in on our inspiration. We're very happy with his crews as well. We both work during the day and just left the back door open for them to work for almost a month and we didn't have any issue. We moved out though since the entire house was a construction zone. David updated us regularly and extremely responsive to our texts and phone calls as well as meeting with us. David also provided some free of charge services for us being the nice customer, yay, it was such a nice surprise.

We incurred additional charges of course but it was due to additional things we wanted to add in along the way. David also helped us saved a lot of money by recommending a lot of discounted vendors for materials. For example the front door would have costed us thousands of dollars if we buy at regular vendor but we were able to get it for such a good price. His custom glass crew also saved us a ton of money on our shower doors.

We were nervous since this is the first time we concurred such big project for our house but David made it go so smoothly and we're very pleased with the result. I'm very picky and grew up with my Dad having a construction company back in Wisconsin so I had very high expectations nonetheless I'm confident to say David and his crews would earn my Dad's approval.

We will for sure come back to David and Dynasty Innovations for future projects. In fact we already asked him for a quote to do work at our rental property.

My Fiancé and I had just closed on a Condo in December. The whole apartment needed renovations. We made a list of everything that we wanted done in our apartment and sent the list to a few contractors including Dynasty
innovations and David responded to me right away. We scheduled the appointment for the next day and he was able to accommodate my schedule. We went over our list of items and David gave us suggestions that would benefit our apartment and help us save on our budget. The meeting went very well and I felt comfortable with how he responded to A LOT of my questions. Within the next couple of days or so he gave us a quote with EXACTLY everything we asked for so that there was not any miscommunication moving forward.

My fiancé and I were very pleased with the detail oriented quote and timeliness. After reviewing all of our options, we felt like Dynasty innovations proposal was very fair considering quality of work we saw in other reviewers pictures. We worked with Edward their in house designer to select our finish materials and configure our new space. David gave us a 30-35 day window to complete the project and he and his team met that deadline. Throughout the process, there was constant communication between David and I. He answered any and every question I had. His team was very polite, professional and clean. David always went out of his way to keep us up to date and let us know if there were any setbacks. I even asked him to run a water hose across the kitchen (not part of the contract) and he did it for me no questions asked. We were so happy with how the apartment came out (pictures attached) and couldn't thank Dynasty innovations enough with the end result.

Overall, I am really glad Dynasty innovations responded to my inquiry right away. We will definitely call Dynasty innovations again when we need another contractor. Feel free to contact me for a reference.

Dynasty Innovations gutted and renovated our kitchen from top to bottom this past March/April. My husband and I wanted to spend time in the space before writing a review and now, months later, we still love our kitchen! What was once an embarrassing eyesore is now a room we're proud to show off!

Throughout the entire remodeling process, John was professional, enthusiastic, and full of integrity. He took the time to listen to what we wanted, he came up with great ideas to improve and simplify things, and he worked hard to keep us on time and on budget. They are a full-service company in that they bring in a designer to draw up the plans, they accompany you to all major purchases like granite, sink, floor and backsplash tiles, they hire all the workers to execute the vision, from painters, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc, they provide insurance for all of these workers, they get city permits and inspections to make sure everything is done to code, and they do final walk through's to ensure your home is left clean and that all cabinetry and appliances are installed correctly and functioning properly. All crew members that came into our home consistently impressed us by being punctual, respectful, and most importantly, competent.

What we appreciated most about Dynasty Innovations, especially considering we were very nervous first-time remodelers, was that John was available to answer questions, problem solve, and calm our shaky nerves. Even when things didn't go exactly as planned (which is to be expected in a large construction job), John was always quick to action, straight forward, and honest. They never rested until we were 100% satisfied.

We wouldn't hesitate to go to Dynasty Innovations again for future home renovations. In fact, we've already referred them to a friend who was equally blown away by their work. Thank you Dynasty Innovations , we hope to work with you again soon!
