Subject: Satisfaction and Recommendation
The purpose of this letter is to document the extraordinary satisfaction that was provided to us in the build of our gunite pool.
I want to direct this letter to the entire team at Design Concepts & Construction. We recently had a pool installed by this company and could not have been happier or more satisfied with the entire experience. Beginning with the very first contact with the salesperson, Jacqueline, in our home to the meeting we chose to have in the sales office she clearly understood our wishes.
At that meeting, we had the pleasure of meeting the office staff. Both Mike Pisano, an owner, and Arron Dobson the office manager were a delight as well. Both Mike and Arron have welcomed my questions as well as the many many more I had throughout the build process. Neither of them made me feel like the pest I knew I was. They both always made me feel important and eagerly answered all of my questions.
Let me not forget the crew members. From the day the dig began with Andy an absolute expert at his craft; those that constructed the pool shell and shot the gunite; the tile setter, Erick; Marcos and his team that set the pavers for the deck; Randy and his team that built the pool cage and all of the others involved in this complex process were simply amazing not only in their crafts but also at how respectful and courteous they were to us being the homeowners. Each of these Design Concepts associates was exciting and wonderful to be involved with throughout this process.
Before choosing Design Concepts to build our pool I looked at several other pools built by several other pool companies and found that those built by Design Concepts appealed to me the most. I am 100% sure I made the right choice to hire Design Concepts. I can’t stress enough the satisfaction provided to us by this company and highly recommend them to anyone planning to have an in-gourd pool installed.
