    Poor communication, quality, and customer service. Never started the day at the agreed upon time. Was told I was harassing them when I tried to call them multiple times because they were late, and their voicemail was full. Said they were, "around the corner" but took them two more hours to show up.

    They started the concrete pour late at 5pm, instead of 2 pm. The job was rushed, and it shows on the edges. Ended up getting noise complaints because they finished the job after 10 pm, and the stamping was LOUD. Oh and they left their trash all over the place, and had to spend hours cleaning up.

    Now they ghosted me after they finished their "quality" job. They splattered the border stain in the center, and sealed it in. The seal is not uniform as some spots were missed while others were over poured and have a permanent jizz look to it. They denied that they splattered anything and the job is "100 % compete and beautiful".

    I was able to speak directly with the owner, Daisy De La Cruz, who assured me that they would come and repair the damage. A week later, general manager, Steven, arrived and attempted to pressure wash to remove the spilled stains. Unfortunately, that method was too harsh and removed the top finished layer of the concrete, leaving the spot damaged. He said he would return with a chemical that can remove the stain instead. I waited a full week for him to contact me, but nothing. After repeated calls over the next 3 weeks, he continually assured me that they have the chemical and would be "coming this week" and "we'll text you the day before we arrive", yet, no call, no text, no show. Then, he ghosted me too. So, I called the owner again. She said that she would talk to Eli (her husband, other owner of the company) to schedule an appointment for him to personally handle this situation. I waited another week to allow time for them to call, but again, no call. So, I called Daisy again, several more times, leaving voice messages. Still, no return call. By some miracle, I got ahold of her on a Friday afternoon, and she scheduled an appointment with Eli to meet me on Monday at 7am. Well, Monday 7am came and went with no Eli or anyone from their company calling or showing up. I called Daisy several times throughout the day, but again, went to voicemail every time. The next day, I called Daisy again, and still no answer. Suspecting that she was ghosting me, I called her from my business line a few minutes later (never called from this number before), and magically, she answered on the 1st ring. She claimed that Eli was sick and that's why he didn't show up. She had no excuse for why they again didn't call to inform me that he wasn't going to make it. She told he "Eli is right here, I'll ask him when he can reschedule". We agreed to reschedule for a week later to give Eli time to recover from his illness. Well, that day was today. He was supposed to be at my home today at 10am. Again, 10am came and went. No call. No show. Despite multiple attempts to call Daisy, she hasn't answered the phone.

    We strongly disagree with the previous review. After two on-site consultations they designed a beautiful new driveway. Highly professional; this contractor provided excellent communication every step of the way. Work ethic, clean up and quality; phenomenal. Our friends and neighbours used them also; they went above and beyond -100% satisfied.

    Communication, Communication, Communication.

    At construction jobs, people run into issues and you work together to figure them out. Instead, they refused to listen/talk to us and we ended up with steps that are not up to code. We are unhappy with the final product. Clean up… they left concrete on our new siding, staples (they never asked if it was ok) in our brand new siding, concrete splatter all over the kids toys. It was a very unpleasant experience. In general they were very unprofessional on site, and I wouldn’t refer them to anyone or work with them again.
