Our irrigation system has leaked since it was installed. We brought this to their attention each season and each time they try to blame it on the homeowner for different reasons that something we were doing wrong? Finally they came out and could clearly see there was a problem but the gentleman refused to communicate with the homeowner as he was on the phone with somebody from the office trying to get answers to questions rather than asking the homeowner he was standing right on the driveway for about five minutes afraid to interrupt him. Finally I tried to get his attention only for him to turn in scream hey lady I’m not talking to you I’m talking to somebody else on the phone and he stormed away to his truck and left and refused to even look at the job because he did not like that I interrupted him? I believe they song finally that what they did was wrong for the past three years and they did not want to have to fix it. Very unprofessional and I believe it was the owner and very rude and the job was not done correctly and in fact when they turned our system on this season several of the heads were covered in mud as I discovered the other day which was weeks after it’s already been turned on for the season so apparently the gentleman who turned it on for the season never even noticed that some of the heads were completely covered. We’ve had to leaks as well as two neighbors who also had theirs installed by Design Rite when we had our aeration done in our yards because as shallow as the plugs are pulled out of our soil they were rupturing pipes because they are not deep enough to begin with. In this case it has leaked and I’ve had to plant seed every season where it wipes out a line in that corner because it’s constantly soggy from the time the systems turned on each season until the end in the fall and you can’t walk anywhere in that area without splashing all over yourself because it’s soggy because of the poor installation
