    Yes, I would recommend Robert Tieni of Design Sense any day! When going through BuildZoom, they gave my number to Robert. He promptly called and after long discussions and emails, we determined he was not needed and he offered help anytime. Well, I contacted him about a structural change and after sending photographs and more emails, he gave me suggestions and the confidence to go ahead with the changes, which came out just as I dreamed. He went far beyond what most professionals would do and I am forever grateful to him!

    Restaurant Architectural Plans

    As a foodservice designer with clients who look to me to form their design/build team, Robert has proven to be a reliable resource in my network of Professionals. I've worked with him on 3 restaurant projects over the last 5 years and have been very pleased with his service. His plans are straight and to the point and are produced in a timely manner. The construction phases were smooth on these projects which, to me, affirms his work. A lot of firms hand over the plans and put the project on the shelf. Robert has followed them through and ensured that each client was satisfied upon completion. His character apart from his profession is evident, which makes him honest and trustworthy.     Robert's work ethic is tremendous, he is efficient, organized and prompt. I remodeled my first home and if there was one person that made a very stressful process easier, it was him!!
    He did every single thing he said he would do and in the time he said he would do it!
    He's got a great eye and is attentive to detail.

    Office Build-Out - Manufacturing Facility

    Robert and the team at Design Sense Architecture were a pleasure to work with. All aspects of our office T.I. design project including design cost, interfaces, drawings, specifications, schedule, T.I. budget, recommendations, and followup services were spot on with no unpleasant surprises. In fact, Robert submitted the plans to the City of Phoenix for permits and they were approved with NO COMMENTS. That was awesome!! Robert was highly recommended to us by a long-time customer that successfully owns and operates multiple Quick Service Restaurants.     Robert did a wonderful job on the design of our new Subway store in Prescott. He is very thorough and detailed. We also used him on our remodel of our current store. He does a great job, returns phone calls and is very helpful in walking you through the entire process. We love him so much we are using him to design our new home.

    Whole House Remodel - Expanded Square Footage

    Large remodel of residential home

    We have a 5 bedroom home that had a very small family room and some small bedrooms. We needed to enlarge the family room and bedrooms, redesign and update the kitchen and baths, and add a new full bathroom. We had no idea how to go about this, so we decided to start with an architect.
    Robert from Design Sense sat with us and went through multiple options until we determined what worked best for us. He was very patient and really listened to what we wanted. He came up with ideas that we would never have thought of on our own.
    The option we ultimately selected involved knocking out the side of our house and expanding into the yard. The expansion spanned two stories and was very extensive. Design Sense' plans were professional and took every detail into consideration.
    Once the plans were completed and approved by the city, Design Sense recommended several general contractors. We chose one of their recommendations and the project was completed beautifully. We LOVE our 'new' home and would recommend Robert and Design Sense to anyone.
