I had a rebuild after a fire in a rental and intended to sell after. I was working in CA during the work. MIke was great to work with. He, the insurance and I all agreed to the scope and budget. The deign and execution were great. Mike made some great recommendations for changes that really improved the property. Everything went smoothly even though managed from afar. The property completed on time, showed well and ended up sold quickly. I'd recommend Designer Properties highly for new construction or rebuild!
