Honest businesses take ownership of problems. Details does not. At first, my $100,000+ extension and remodel project went well. But five years later I had a roof leak and no one would take responsibility. Then, a few more years later when I was doing another project I learned that Details of Sonoma had never finalized the permit on my project. I went back and forth with the owner by email and he said he spoke with city permtting folks. I assumed it was taken care of. Now, even later, I find it has not been, and the owner is telling a totally different story says I* told him I would finalize the permit. Totally untrue and nonsensical. Now he's completely abdicating responsibility. I would never use them again and recommend you do not either.
