We hired them to Repair a gas oven. We were charged $588.50 to replace an $18.00 part. The technician was in our home approximately 1 hour. He told us the part to Repair would be $300.00. I copied down the manufacturer and part number and looked it up on line after he had finished the job. I found the same part available on line for $18.00 plus shipping. I contacted the owner and discussed this and requested consideration on the bill, but he refused to give any reduction to the charge. We will not be using their services in the future!
