    Just like the last review. These guys must tell everyone 4 to 6 weeks. We are working on 4 months and still going on a bathroom project that I’m confident will not end up correct. Zero compassion and concern for the homeowner. I can’t wait for these people to be out of my home

    We were looking at potential homes and Seabrook was great and came out and gave us great ideas, estimates, and suggestions so we could estimate a good offer. He texted me info as well and we plan to use them when we remodel.

    I started working with this contractor for my primary home doing a FHA 203k which they say they specialize in. Process started ok. Over priced but I knew that going into the deal. Told me project would take 4-6 weeks. Took about double that time close to 3 months. Not willing to work with any pricing what's so ever if you are doing a 203k. Work needs to be watched very carefully. I had to constantly complain about thing to get them done the right way. But they would fix them with no charge. No compassion more importantly. Also make sure to get every single item written on paper or otherwise it's not gonna happen.
