we had an electrician from this company come out to replace several light switches and fix some that were not working right.
When I returned home I saw that one was not fixed. When I called to speak to the manager he said I would have to pay his guy time and a half if he was going to come back out to fix it even though it was on the list of things for him to do the first time he came out.
After I told the manager I didn't want to pay again for him to return since it didn't get done the last time, he told me that I was ungrateful and then called me a female dogs name! I have never been treated so poorly by someone that we have paid to have a service done at our house.
I would not recommend this company at all.
