Definitely a shady character. Subs most of his work out to people who doa poor job. Make sure you get a detailed bid from him. Also don't pay him until the work is done. He dips put. And will not fix the sloppy work done.
Had to hire a second contractor to fix $10,000 in sloppy work.
Also his insurance does not cover his workmanship, just when there is damage.. who wants to wait for the damage?
