THE CONTRACTOR WAS HIRED 6 WEEKS AGO and has not done any work at the property. THE GC PERMIT WAS APPROVED OVER A WEEK AGO, BUT WAS NOT PICKED UP BY THE CONTRACTOR UNTIL 2 DAYS SGO. The plumber cannot complete his re-piping project until the contractor completes several flooring issues. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO REACH THE CONTRACTOR BY PHONRE, TEXT OR E-MAIL FOR SEVERAL DAYS.....The materials are all purchased. Just waiting for the contractor to begin his work....

agreement. First it was the material was
backed up in arriving, then having to drive
down south to pick it up, then having other
jobs to complete, then a family emergency,
then falling ill with covid, and then hurricane
Ian. Jeff Wilson has been unresponsive and
failed to even start my job. He is a sorry
excuse for a human being and stole my
money!! An initial 25% deposit was given
which totaled $2,750 check date 06-10-2022.
He has not responded to any calls or emails.
Revoke their license to do any work in this
state. He uses a different alias and has a complaint with the BBB and DBPR and uses different addresses for the company. Stay away and call the authorities!!
